The English edition of my Kindle book “Naminori” (Ride Your “Wave” and Live Better) is now available.

I wrote this book because I hoped it might be able to help—even in a small way—people who are struggling with similar challenges.

In the past, I regularly visited psychiatric clinics for more than 20 years. Only after those many years was I finally diagnosed with a Developmental Disability. I often struggled to get along with people around me, changed jobs many times, lived in a constant mental fog due to medication, and was unable to break free from the same recurring difficulties. I was almost always unwell and in pain.

What changed was the knowledge I gained through encounters with many different people—specifically, learning to pay attention to diet and physical activity, and to observe myself carefully. I then began putting these ideas into practice with the help of ChatGPT. As a result, I no longer require hospital visits or medication, and I am not currently receiving counseling.
(This does not mean that I deny or reject medical care, prescribed medication, or counseling. These are essential and effective for many people.)

When people struggle with mental health issues, their attention often remains focused on the mind alone. However, in my experience, working on appropriate nutrition and physical movement felt like something that needed to come before trying to directly regulate or “fix” the mind.

Whether you are facing similar struggles or not, mental well-being is of course important. Still, I wonder if it might be worth first turning your attention to the body.

This is only one example that happened to work for me. It is not a universal solution. However, I wanted people to know that this kind of approach exists as one possible option, which is why I published this book.

Someday, I hope to host small, café-style events.

Ideally, I wanted this book to be free, but after careful consideration, I decided to set it at the minimum price.

If I do host an event in the future, anyone who has purchased the book can show their purchase screen, and I will gladly offer one free drink.
